About these terms

RelaySync is operated by HLG LLC. These Terms govern your account and use of RelaySync. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

The service

RelaySync forwards requests from a custom domain to an existing web dashboard and manages HTTPS for that domain. It does not provide bot hosting or domain registration. Each subscription includes one custom domain connected to one dashboard.

You must control the domain, complete DNS verification, and provide a publicly reachable HTTP or HTTPS destination. Once verified, the domain is locked to that subscription. Contact support if you need to change it. You can update the destination; changes may pause forwarding and require verification again.

Your account and dashboard

You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter this agreement. Keep your account details accurate and your login credentials secure. You are responsible for your dashboard, its content, permissions, backups, and compliance with your hosting provider’s rules.

Configure your dashboard’s public URL, trusted proxy settings, and OAuth callback URLs where needed. Domain verification confirms control of DNS; it does not certify the safety or compatibility of your dashboard.

HTTPS and access to traffic

HTTPS encrypts the connection from a visitor’s browser to RelaySync. RelaySync terminates that connection and forwards the request to your destination. If the destination uses HTTP, that onward connection is unencrypted. Use an HTTPS destination to encrypt both connections.

RelaySync processes requests and responses, including headers, cookies, and content, to provide forwarding. This is not end-to-end encryption that prevents RelaySync from accessing traffic. Do not send data you are not authorized to process.

Billing and renewal

Prices, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Monthly and annual plans renew on their selected billing cycle until cancelled. Where you authorize automatic payments, your payment provider may charge the renewal amount automatically; otherwise you must pay the renewal invoice to maintain service.

We will communicate changes to your renewal price before they apply. Unpaid, suspended, or terminated subscriptions may lose forwarding access. Paying for a subscription does not remove the requirement to complete setup.

Cancellation and refunds

You can request cancellation from the service page in your client area, either immediately or at the end of the billing period. If you cannot access that option, use our contact form. Disconnecting a domain does not cancel the subscription.

Cancel any separate automatic payment agreement with your payment provider if it remains active. Cancellation stops future service renewal; it does not itself request a refund. First purchases qualify for our seven-day refund policy. Renewal payments and unused time are not ordinarily refundable, except where required by law or stated in that policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use RelaySync for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, credential theft, spam, infringement, attacks, or unauthorized access. Do not direct traffic to destinations you lack permission to use, attempt to reach private networks, or bypass service restrictions. Do not resell access without our written agreement.

We may limit or suspend forwarding to address abuse, security threats, unpaid invoices, or violations of these Terms. We will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it where reasonably possible; urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action.

Availability and responsibility

Forwarding depends on DNS, certificate authorities, networks, payment providers, and your dashboard host. Outages, certificate delays, maintenance, and configuration errors may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific uptime level. Contact support about service failures so we can investigate and address them.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes, law, and contact

Florida law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you. We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect where required. Changes do not retroactively remove an accrued refund right.
